Bio
Rachel Sheila Kan is an Ecosystem Architect, circular economy strategist and founder dedicated to redesigning how industries collaborate.
As the founder of Circular Earth, co-founder of Real Circularity and creator of The Ecosystem Architects & Incubator, Rachel works at the intersection of business strategy, systems thinking and commercial implementation. Rather than approaching circularity as a single solution, she designs collaborative ecosystems that connect brands, manufacturers, innovators, academics, investors and policymakers to accelerate meaningful change.
With over two decades of experience across fashion, textiles and manufacturing, Rachel combines strategic insight with practical experimentation. She is known for creating real-world pilots that test new business models, partnerships and value chains—treating the circular economy as something to be built, measured and continuously evolved.
Rachel is the co-author of Real Circularity, an international speaker, facilitator and educator, recognised for translating complex systems into commercially viable action. Her work focuses on helping organisations move beyond isolated sustainability initiatives towards connected ecosystems capable of delivering long-term economic, environmental and social value.
